MY REVIEW

This is the first book in the Hughes Duet. I loved it! The story has angst and family drama. Finn and Eva's story is beautifully written and heartbreaking. Eva is such a fantastic character, king, caring, and supportive. Finn is very handsome. His family curse is tragic. This is a great fake relationship, and I liked their slow burn romance. The story ends with a big cliffhanger, and I am looking forward to reading Two for the Show. I highly recommend it.

 This is a prequel to the Less Than Zero series.  Carter and Lianne's short prequel is well written, steamy, emotional, and fast-paced.  This is a great second chance rockstar romance.  Lynn Barrington and Reginald James did an excellent job with the narration.  I like it when a series start with the parents's story (in this case Zane's parents).  I am looking forward for more in the series.

This is the second book in The Rite Trilogy, a Spin-Off Trilogy. Mercedes and Judge's story continues where the first book left off. They are both interesting characters. Mercedes is strong and smart. Judge is alpha, possessive, ruthless, enigmatic, and protective. The supporting characters are great. This series is captivating. The storyline is filled with mystery, danger, and twists and turns. There is a lot going on in this installment. The story ends with a cliffhanger and I can't wait to read The Reign, the last book in the trilogy. This is an excellent Dark Romance series, and I highly recommend it.
