This was my first Julie Abe's book. The Charmed List is beautifully written. Ellie and Jack are interesting characters. This is a great best friends/enemies to lovers romance. I loved to follow them in their road trip. The magical twist, is unique and original. The storyline is funny, sweet, and heartwarming. I enjoyed it! Natalie Naudus did an outstanding job with the narration. She definitely is on my list of favorite narrators. I enjoyed it!

This was my first Katherine Center's book, and won't be my last. Hannah (the bodyguard) and Jack (the superstar) are fantastic characters. Hannah is smart, strong, and capable. Jack is very handsome, and caring. They are perfect together. This is a great fake relationship romance. Their slow burn romance is original, sweet and heartwarming. I liked the humor in the story. Patti Murin did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it.

This was my first Nina Jarrett's book, and won't be my last. This is an Inconvenient Brides Prequel, a Regency Romance Novella. I loved Jacob and Lydia's short story. The characters are great, and interesting. This is a beautiful second chance to love., sweet, and heartwarming. Claire Glover did an excellent job with the narration. I enjoyed it.

My Review:

The Refiner is the second book in The Hands of the Potters series. I love this series! OMG! Keagan (Keys) and Astor's story is so beautifully written, emotional, hilarious, and absolutely addictive. I read it, and loved it. The audiobook version is perfection! The characters are well developed, and they are truly amazing. Keys is such a wonderful character, smart, feisty, and strong. Astor is enigmatic, very handsome, dominant, caring, and supportive. The story is an emotional roller coaster, filled with drama, humor, and romance. Some scenes are heartbreaking, others are hilarious! Heather Firth and Jason Clarke did an outstanding job with the narration. They are perfect as Astor and Keys. They definitely are on my list of favorite narrators. The sound quality is impeccable. I will listen to this audiobook again. I HIGHLY recommend it.
