This was my first Peyton Banks's book, and won't be my last. This is the first book in the Special Weapons & Tactics Series, a Military Romance, and BWWM Romance. Marcas (Mac) and Sarenas's story is short, fun, steamy, and action packed. I love the instant attraction, the sizzling chemistry, the strong characters, and the suspenseful storyline. Marcas, leader of his S.W.A.T. team, is alpha, protective and possessive. Sarena, an ER nurse, is feisty, and strong. The secondary characters are great and intriguing. I love the brotherhood among the members of the S.W.A.T. team. Wen Ross and Trei Taylor did a great job with the narration. Wen Ross is already one of my favorite narrators. This was my first listen to Trei Taylor's voice. She has a beautiful voice. Looking forward for the next book in the Series, Dirty Ballistics, Declan's story (Mac's best friend).
