This is the first book in the Ties That Bind Duet, an amazingly Dark Russian Mafia Romance. Natasha Knight and A. Zavarelli are two amazing writers! This well written, and captivating story, has it all!: Intense, suspenseful, intriguing, fast-paced, and filled with danger, mystery, death, and twists and turns. Katarina (Kat) and Lev are wonderful characters. Kat is a beautiful and strong woman. Her past is heartbreaking. Lev is a powerful and alpha man, possessive, and dominant. The cast of supporting characters, bad and good, is intriguing. The story ends with a cliffhanger, and now I can't wait to read His, the conclusion of Lev and Kat's story! I highly recommend it.
