My Review

This is the first book in The Syndicates series, a Japanese Mafia Romance. Violet and Hoka's age gap romance is complex, emotional, steamy, intriguing, and intense, filled with angst, drama, and twists and turns. They are both great characters. They are opposites attract, and they are perfect for each other. Hoka, a mob boss, is powerful, enigmatic, and possessive. Violet is young, innocent, and sweet. I loved to follow them in their gripping journey to love. This is a beautiful story. Looking forward for more in the series.
