She loves spending time with her husband and three kids, getting outside in nature, hanging with friends, dark humor, and eating good food. “I’m not a foodie per sé, but I really appreciate simple and tasty meals,”she says, as she goes to Whataburger for the hundredth time. Wow! Mia's story is grippingly captivating and heartbreaking. The characters are well developed and interesting. The plot is well crafted and enthralling. The storyline is fast-paced and complex, filled with mystery, intriguing, family drama, and unpredictable twists and turns. There is a lot going on in this story. I liked the ending. Raquel Beattie did an excellent job with the narration. She has the perfect voice for this excellent small town romantic thriller. I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend it.
