Best Man is a sweet, fun, and an emotional second chance to love and forbidden romance. I loved to follow Lia and Miles in their long drive home to get the rings Aaron forgot. Lia is a lovely woman, a little naive. Miles is handsome, caring, and protective. Aaron is… Aaron (I'll let you meet him). The secondary characters are great. The storyline is filled with misunderstanding, miscommunication, secrets, and lies. The ending is beautiful. Grace Grant did an amazing job with the narration. I love her voice. I have read and listened to this story.

Audition is a standalone novel, and the first book in the True North Series, a spin-off to the amazing North Security Series. This is an amazing and suspenseful second chance to love. Joshua North and Bethany Lewis are great characters. Joshua is protective and possessive. Bethany is a beautiful and strong character. Their story is suspenseful, fast-paced, action packed, and sexy. I love how they find their way together. The back and forth, past to present, is well done and easy to follow. This is a beautiful love story. I enjoyed reading this story.

My Review:

Tessa's story isn’t a romance, but there is definitely a lot of love in this story. This is a woman’s fiction, heartbreakingly and beautifully written. Tessa is a wonderful young woman, resilient, and mature. Kyle, Tessa’s husband, is a handsome man, caring, loving, supportive and protective. Her Dad and Sister are also wonderful. I absolutely love the family spirit, and the family bond between them. This is the part that comforted me while listening: Tessa wasn’t alone in this journey. I laughed, I was worried, and I cried, a lot. At the end of this journey, I had no other words to explain how I was feeling: Shattered! Jaimee Moore did an great job to bring this story to life. No doubt this was a difficult story to write, and to narrate! The only issue were the distracting noises at the beginning of the chapters. Trigger Warning: I do not recommend you to listen to this audiobook, if you recently received a cancer diagnosis and/or a terminally ill prognosis.

My Review:

This was my first Grace White. Devil's Gate The Complete Trilogy is a paranormal reverse harem romance. The word building is original and intriguing. Celeste (witch/vessel) and her companions, Gage (vampire), Laken (wolf), and Lucas (Fea), are great characters. Their chemistry is sizzling. The storyline is fast-paced, complex, and action packed. This box sex is a great value. Sarah Puckett did a great job with the narration.  #AudiobookObsession

This is a prequel to the Ancient Blood Series. This story is amazingly dark, well written, and well developed. Warin, Aleric, and Thea are great, strong, and intriguing characters. The world building is original, and the storyline is intriguing, and captivating. This is a great introduction to this Series. David Brenin did a great job with the narration. Now, I need the next book in the Series, Wicked Soul!

Provocation by Jo Michaels
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was my first Jo Michaels's book. This is the second book in the Pen Pals and Serial Killers Series, a standalone novel with crossover characters. The story is well written, and suspenseful. It reminded me of Dexter Series. However, in this story, a woman is the serial killer, which isn't usual. Some scenes are really graphic (definitively not for faint of heart!). The motives and the thoughts of the serial killer are well built, and well describe. The back and forth, past to present, helps to better understand Victoria's motives, and the breathtaking ending. The story is fast-paced, and the suspense unfolds with some surprising twists and turns, and the ending is completely unpredictable. Stacy Gonzalez and Marni Penning did an amazing job to bring to life this thriller.

This is the fourth and last book in the Riggs Brothers Series. I love the Riggs Brothers! Dex and Lauren's story is sweet, suspenseful, and sexy! They share a strong and sizzling chemisty. I love the Epilogue. This is a beautiful ending to this Series. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon did an amazing job with the narration.
