MY REVIEW

This is the first book in the Mice and Men Series, a Dark Mafia Romance set in the War of Roses Universe. Wow! The world building is suspenseful and enthralling. Willow and Donatello are wonderful characters. Willow is beautiful, strong, and determined. Don is dark, broken, and desperate. The characters are well developed and intriguing. The storyline is fast paced, and action packed. Impossible to put it down. I can't wait to read the next book in the Series! I HIGHLY recommend it.

My Review:

This is the perfect Halloween read: Creepy, thrilling, and Intriguing! Impossible to stop listening. The characters are great. Madison Sawyer is a new young narrator. She has a beautiful voice, and she did a wonderful job with the narration. The audio quality is great. I enjoyed it.

Wow! I loved it! Phoenix and Alaric's story is suspenseful, captivating, and fast-paced. Phoenix is a wonderful and strong young woman. Alaric is amazingly dark, and ruthless. I loved their slow burn story. Their journey is filled with adventure, danger, and unpredictable twists and turns. I love the ending. Sebastian York and Stella Hunter did an amazing job with the narration. They are perfect as Alaric and Phoenix. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Before writing steamy romantic comedy novels, Kayley Loring got a BFA in creative writing from a Canadian university and had a fifteen-year career as a screenwriter in Los Angeles (under a different name). She mostly wrote PG-13 family comedies that studios would pay her lots of money for and then never make into movies. In 2017 she decided to move to the Pacific Northwest and write about all the fun stuff that she wasn't allowed to write about in those PG-13 scripts. Now she’s breathing cleaner air and writing dirtier words. It’s an adjustment she’s happily getting used to.

Maddie and Declan's story fun, sweet, and sexy Romantic Comedy and Christmas Romance. Maddie is lovely and caring. Declan is handsome, and bossy. I loved their banter. Piper is such a fun, and smart teenager. Their families are also hilarious. This story is full of joy, heartwarming, and the ending is beautiful. This is exactly what I needed these days. I highly recommend it, and I can't wait for the audiobook version! Looking forward to read Eddie Cannavale’s story in A Very Friendly Valentine’s Day!

Once the trap was set, I found a place to wait where I could keep an eye on Giada. When she made her way to the restroom a half hour later, I followed her and stationed myself beside the door. My fingers twitched with the need to touch her. The second she exited the restroom, I wrapped my hand over her mouth and shoved her into the storage room.
