My Review:
This was my first K.L. Savage's book, and won't be my last. This is the first book in the Ruthless Kings MC Series, a dark romance. This is also a best-friend's daughter, an age-gap, and a slow burn romance. Reaper and Sarah's story is dark, captivating, and intense. Reaper (Jesse) is the President of the Ruthless Kings. He is dark, alpha, and very protective, and possessive. Sarah (Maniac) is a beautiful soul, sassy, brave, and strong, all at once. They share a strong and sizzling hot chemistry. The storyline has action, suspense, mystery, secrets, and twists and turns. The world building is well done and well developed. The supporting characters are great and intriguing, and I can't wait to know more about them. Logan McAllister and Sierra Kline did a great job with the narration. Sierra Kline is perfect as Sarah. She brings this character to life, with vulnerability and strength. Logan McAllister has a great range of voices, and he does a great interpretation as Reaper. Looking forward to listen to the next book in the Series, Boomer, and to read Reaper's Rise (a free story), a prequel of the Ruthless Kings MC Series, Reaper, Sarah and Boomer's backstory. #AudiobookObsession
